Totem Poles and Other Alaskan Art, Part 2

Ketchikan, Alaska:

Looking through a window into a totem carver's studio.
Eagle.
Bear at top.  Whale.  Too tall to capture in one photograph.
My favorite out of all the totem poles we saw.
Especially this part!
The irony in this is that the Raven and Eagle clans are rivals.  Way to go, Raven.
The top of a shame pole (thus the red ears).  That's what you get for refusing to receive a potlatch.  Tisk tisk.
